These are few, but are essential to the smooth running of the Club.
All dogs must be kept on a lead unless instructed otherwise.
Give your dog (and other dogs) space, especially when entering or leaving the premises.
Please make sure that you close the door securely on entering the premises.
Please do not bring bitches in season to the Club, you will cause havoc. If your bitch should come into season during the Basic Course, please let us know and you will be allowed to make up the lost class (or classes) at the end of the course.
Please do not feed your dog/puppy prior to coming to class and ensure that he/she has been toileted before entering the hall.. Whilst we appreciate that little accidents may happen and we do have cleaning equipment, the hall is carpeted and we do not wish to lose the hall because of continual "accidents". There are children who use the hall.
Please respect the residents that live close by and do not allow your dogs to foul the grassed areas outside the hall. If your dog should do so, please clean it up (you should carry pooh bags with you) and take it home with you. Do not leave any bags outside the hall.
Please do not bring your dog to class if he/she is unwell, i.e. coughing, or has a stomach or bowel upset.
Do not approach other people's dogs without permission to do so.
Please keep children under control at all times.
As we have several classes during the evening, please try and be punctual at the start and exit the hall immediately the class has finished. If there is a class before yours that is still in progress, please wait for them to exit the Hall before entering, if at all possible. If not, please enter quietly - not forgetting to close the door behind you.
We do not permit dogs in the hall that are not participating in the current course, so please leave other dogs at home.
